All products at Taylor Made Naturals are hand-made and on some occasions made-to-order to ensure freshness. So once orders have been placed and paid for please allow 2-7 days business for your package to arrive to you. We will send you an email notification containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please keep in mind that Taylor Made Natural products are handmade and 100% natural so they may have variations between each batch e.g. slight change in colour. Each product will have an expiry date on it set from the date they are MADE and a best before symbol set from the date they are OPENED.

Refund / Exchange 

We operate on a no refund policy however, we are happy to exchange an item if it has arrived damaged. 

You have 7 calendar days to return a damaged item from the day you received it to be eligible for a return & exchange. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please notify us within 48 hours of your products being delivered to you  by emailing us at info@taylormadenaturals.co.uk including your name, order number, and reason for return. Photo evidence must be provided. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

We advise that you use a fully tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit and would advise that you get proof of postage.  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. Once your product/products have arrived back safely with us and has been inspected by us we will replace your damaged product.
